ChannelAdvisor are having their annual ‘Catalyst’ online retailler summit this year on the 18/19th April in the rather splendid surroundings of Number One Whitehall Place in central London.  I went along to the event last year which was very informative and so I would recommend taking the time.  Here are some other reasons to attend:

• Meet other eBayers and network
• Hear developments from major ecommerce players alike eBay, Google, PayPal etc
• Corner said major ecommerce players and tell them what you think of their service

That said, last time I cornered someone from PayPal, I ended up seeing their POV and so be sure that your  point is a well researched argument and not a rant.
